Creating a Work Instruction via the Azumuta App

The previous articles covered Azumuta from the admin’s perspective. This article covers Azumuta work instructions from the operator’s view.

Creating a Work Instruction in an Existing Folder Through the Azumuta App

Besides admins, operators can also create work instructions. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click the sidebar button.
  2. Click an existing folder. If a folder doesn’t exist yet, please see the next section on how to create one.
  3. Click the yellow plus button.
  4. Click Create work instruction.
  5. Enter the name and click Save.

Creating a Work Instruction Folder Through the Azumuta App

  1. Click the sidebar button.
  2. Navigate to the module where you would like to make the work instruction folder. In this example, we will use the Freely Consultable Procedures module.
  3. Click the yellow plus button.
  4. Click Create folder.
  5. Enter the name and click Save.

Creating a Standalone Work Instruction Through the Azumuta App

You can also create a work instruction that does not fall under any article category or folder. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click the sidebar button.
  2. Navigate to the module where you would like to make the work instruction folder. In this
    example, we will use the Freely Consultable Procedures module.
  3. Click the yellow plus button.
  4. Click Create folder.
  5. Enter the name and click Save.

Creating a Work Instruction Under an Article Category Through the Azumuta App

  1. Click the sidebar button.
  2. Click Quality Procedures.
  3. Click an existing article category. If an article category doesn’t exist yet, please see the next section on how to create one.
  4. Click the yellow plus button.
  5. Click Create work instruction.
  6. Enter the name and click Save.

Creating a New Article Category Through the Azumuta App

  1. Click the sidebar button.
  2. Click Quality Procedures.
  3. Click the yellow plus button.
  4. Click Create article category.
  5. Enter the name and click Save.
