Download a Docx report from a ticket

Once you’ve added a docx report to an improvement flow, you can download an automatically filled docx report in each ticket that falls under that improvement flow. These are the steps to download it:

1. Click Continuous Improvement in the sidebar.
2. Click the targeted ticket.
3. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon next to the close icon.
4. Under Reports, you can see the list of available docx report files.
5. If you prefer to download it as a Word document: click the docx report’s file name.
6. If you prefer to download it as a PDF document: click pdf.
