Submit a ticket as an operator

What Is a Ticket?

When an operator sees any form of problem or irregularity on the shop floor, they can report it to their supervisor using a ticket. A ticket can include a remark from the operator, images, and videos. Learn more about tickets.

Note: Before submitting a ticket, please make sure that your workspace already has an improvement flow.
