Plan a training via the app as an operator

Note: Operators can only schedule one-time training activities. Recurring trainings must be set up by an admin.

Schedule an ad-hoc/one-time training as an operator via the app

1. Navigate to the module where the related training work instruction is located.
2. Click Tasks at the bottom menu.
3. Click Plan training.
4. Select the training work instruction.
5. Fill in the existing fields (especially the date, the trainer and the trainees).
6. Click Plan training.

Note: Use the "trainee" field to choose who the training is for. You can select yourself, one or more colleagues, or a combination of both.

Execute an ad-hoc/one time training as an operator via the app

1. Navigate to the targeted training work instruction, and click it.
2. Click Plan or start training.
3. Choose your own name only in the Trainees field.
4. Click Start training.
5. Go through all of the training work instruction steps.
